We recently represented  clients at Birmingham County Court who had breached a County Court anti social behaviour injunction on numerous occasions within a short time of the order being made. These are a new type of order which enables the City Council to take people to court for anti social behaviour. Solicitors rarely represent clients in this type of case. We were able to represent our clients under a legal aid order. The guideline sentence was immediate custody. Happily we were able to persuade the judges to impose suspended terms of imprisonment in both cases. Clients obviously happy at outcome.
